1).    To receive a sponsored copy of Rosary on cd or to be put on the waiting list for the next available sponsored copy: fill out and submit the order form below: 

2).    Some sponsors wish to remain anonymous ( to which you, the recipient of the cd, will receive a card without the sponsors name on it, instead it will say "anonymous" but please do  keep them in your prayers, as our Lord will know who they are  )

3).    Sponsors will receive a list of the names of the recipients, of their sponsored CDs, if they so desire.  but NO addresses - email - or contact information of yours will be given out by us, names will be listed as "John .D." of Iowa or "Mary D." and so on. terms to which Sponsors and Recipients are agreeing by submitting  )

For now... Please refrain from using the toll free number for sponsored cd or waiting list request, as we are working stiffs also .. and don't have the manpower to keep up with the bookwork involved.  ... If you submit this form or use this Printer Friendly copy for mailing ...you save us time in keeping record of the request  ..THANK YOU
