1).    We are obliged to pay tax (not only under the penalty of Government Law) but Our Lord set the example and even made reference to the obligation (Luke 20:20-25 New International Version)

2).    By Minnesota State Law (and this does vary from state to state) we are all to pay Sales Tax on any and all purchases on non-essential goods, (these CDs fall under that heading) purchased within and or shipped within the boundaries of the state.

3).    Purchases from out of state customers are NOT required to pay the Tax of the MN State unless the item is picked up. Although may be required by their home state (or country) to pay a tax on that item. So please check with your local government as to any obligations you may have in this matter .....

4).    If you will be reselling these CDs, you become responsible for collecting and remitting the sales tax. and all we need is your business or organizations Tax Exempt # (which we will keep on file for repeat orders) we are used to this.
